| Favourite Yardi product? | My favourite Yardi product is Medusa. It is such a powerful Wi-Fi management tool that really transforms coworking spaces and business centres. It’s been great to see the high level of investment into the product to take it from strength to strength. Medusa is now fully integrated into Yardi’s Kube product – new and exciting times ahead! |

| Favourite thing about working for Yardi? | The best thing about working for Yardi is the people. It could be easy to be overwhelmed by the scale of Yardi’s ecosystem of products but there are always kind and friendly people to help along the way. |
| Favourite past time? | Everything F1. During lockdown I have found that going for regular walks has been crucial. This has given me another avenue to listen to F1 podcasts and soak up even more F1 news, stats and facts. |
| Top tip for keeping members happy? | Listen to them. From running a Helpdesk for a number of years, I have found that taking the time to understand the customer and tailoring each answer to their own needs goes a long way. |
