Yardi Kube Update – 16.30
The latest Yardi Kube update (Release 16.30) is now available, helping you to manage your spaces more efficiently.

We have updated the following features in Yardi Kube and increased the stability and security of existing features as we continue to improve Yardi Kube:
Contracts
- If your organisation uses the Notice to Vacate service and Break Dates, the option to add multiple break dates has been added.
- An error no longer occurs if a contract’s PDF download is larger than 12MB.
Data/Wi-Fi
- You can now optionally set on the Member Wi-Fi amenity subtype whether the member has an allotted number of hours to use the Wi-Fi for the month. For more information, see Adding a Data/Wi-Fi Amenity.
Prospect and Member Portals
- The option to set the default view for the space listing menus has been reintroduced. For more information, see “Setting default member portal” options and “Setting default prospect portal” options.

- The service fee percentage is no longer displayed on the downloadable receipts in the Member Portal.
- This release includes the option to set whether members can book using only booking credits. Miscellaneous
- Additional updates have been made to micro-deposits to increase stability.
